A. Project / Customer environment

> Well known international company from utilities sector with worldwide presence is preparing SAP R/3 upgrade with consolidation of current environment in multinational corporation and then integrate upgraded solution into a new environment. For successful implementation, the successful involvement of the responsible components of individual national teams and professional guarantors deployed in different locations and countries is critical. Part of the project is further customization and development of the solution in its further phases. For project success will be important to set up an excellent communication line to the project sponsors, precise and detailed planning and compliance with the planned budget.

C. Project / Assignment duration

​

> Min. 8-12 months with expected start during March - April 2021 

​

D. Responsibility

​

Overall:

​

> Software migration, customization & technical support for application operations / users of SAP environments especially of SAP FI and IS-U modules and environment incl. system performance monitoring and process control.

​

Responsibilities:

​

> Responsible for development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of all Interfaces involving RFC and other integrations
> Ability to analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate that into technical designs
> Ability to take technical designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code
> Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external partners possessing various levels of technical knowledge
> Ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes confusing and/or contradictory information; demonstrate good listening skills
> Ability to quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be a primary area of expertise
> Development projects as assigned, including requirements documentation through design, development and testing
> Day to day support, administration and maintenance as Level 2 or 3 support for reported issues with assigned application areas/systems.
> Support IT Help Desk with any SAP RFC and FI / IS-U related issues (error analysis and troubleshooting)
> Analysis of programs, customizing settings and Business Data
> Participation in project releases and transfer of the releases to maintenance
> Cooperation with internal and external service providers

E. Skills, experiences & competencies

​

Requirements:

​

> Extensive experience designing and developing SAP, non-SAP, 3rd party interfaces using SAP RFC, ABAP
> Knowledge of SAP FI / IS-U modules (5+years), including all areas of General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Fixed Assets & Profit Center Accounting
> Knowledge of SAP Tax Configuration
> Knowledge of SAP architecture
> Experience in full development life cycle

Not required but advantage:

​

> Experience with SAP S/4 Hana platform 

​

F. Languages

​

Required abilities:

​

> English - Intermediate level is a must

> Czech/Slovak - Elementary level is nice to have

​

Nor required but advantage:

​

> German - Elementary level is nice to have

​

G. Conditions

​

> Up to 8-12 months assignment

> Up to 50% remote work (upon agreement and preferences project manager)
> Contract or Employee contract (depends on availability and preferences)
> Part time (min.10 MDs / month) of Full time allocation (depends on availability, project phases or preferences)
