Ulrike is a partner and business director at Contigen's Vienna office.
She is an expert in advanced procurement, especially in the area of digital public procurement, ICT procurement and their advanced analysis. She see their future in co-operation during entering into public procurement process.
It is often not enough just to publish another new public inquiry. Sometimes is possible to achieve substantial savings only by realizing a better analysis when evaluating offers or encouraging wider and better cooperation between contracting authorities, business partners or suppliers.
As a business manager, Ulrike also uses the "win-win" philosophy to work with our clients to help them define smarter business models for both projects and core framework contracts for services.
Ulrike holds an engineering degree from the Technische Universität in Berlin.
