A. Project / Customer environment

> SAP is customer’s critical application in manufacturing sector and for it’s support and development are established various teams using various modules, including Production Planning and Material Management. Currently are also applied Agile and DevOps methodologies in customer’s work to support customer’s global business units, projects and operations.

B. Main project base

​

> Prague & Central Bohemia (Czech republic)

C. Project / Assignment duration

​

> Min. 6-12 months with expected start during April - June 2021 

​

D. Responsibility

​

Overall:

​

> Software development & technical support for application operations / users of SAP environments especially of SAP PP and MM modules by using ABAP programming tools and environment.

​

Responsibilities:

​

> Solution architecture, technical specification and estimation delivery 
> Design, development and implementation of various changes and projects

> Develop interfaces and system solutions using ABAP programs, OData and Web Services, OOP, BAPI, IDOC and RFCs, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, etc.
> Technical and functional guidance to other staffs/teams (3rd level support for application consultants, incident solving)
> Enhancement of standard functionality and new custom applications development
> Code review and development best practices with help of quality assurance tools

> Prepare technical specifications and develop the necessary ABAP programs and development objects
> Defect analysis and development of fixes

E. Skills, experiences & competencies

​

Requirements:

​

> 5+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP software developer with focus on PP or MM modules
> A&D GPD (grouping, pegging & distribution), objected oriented experience, performance tuning, PP / MM and Project Systems, working in a collaborative team environment
> Experience in ABAP, ABAP OOP, Core Data Services, Workflow, tools and techniques such as report creation, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, BAPI, various SEFs (BADI, BTE, Customer Exits etc.)
> Experience with SAP Fiori
> Willingness to learn new SAP technologies
> Work in compliance with the programming standards

Not required but advantage:

​

> Experience with SAP S/4 Hana platform

F. Languages

​

Required abilities:

​

> English - Intermediate level is a must

> Czech/Slovak - Elementary level is nice to have

​

Nor required but advantage:

​

> German - Elementary level is nice to have

​

G. Conditions

​

> Up to 6-12 months assignment

> Up to 80% remote work (upon agreement and preferences project manager)
> Contract or Employee contract (depends on availability and preferences)
> Part time (min.10 MDs / month) of Full time allocation (depends on availability, project phases or preferences)
